Return/Exchange Policy

If you receive your purchase from The Dressing Room and find anything unsatisfactory about it, you may request return of the item(s) by calling (740) 751-4584 or by emailing to john@thedressingroomohio.com. The Dressing Room will exchange returned items within 14 days of the date of purchase with an identical replacement item, or issue a store credit toward the purchase of a different item. This exchange will be done under the following conditions:

1. The merchandise has not been worn or washed, and is in new condition with the original tags still attached to the garments.

2. The merchandise is returned in the original packaging.

3. The original sales receipt accompanies the return merchandise. All merchandise being returned for exchange or credit must be shipped prepaid. The Dressing Room will reimburse shipping charges for defective or incorrect merchandise.

We recommend that you return your merchandise with a package carrier that will insure the contents of your package, because The Dressing Room will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods from the carrier.
